Lets start with screen size. Microsoft Surface 2 is rumored to have screen size of either:

- 7.5 inch or 8 inch with over 220 pixels per inch for the smaller Surface 2
- 10.6 screen similar to the current model for a larger pro version with slightly better resolution
- Low probability of a Surface Book tablet with 14.6 inch screen

The CPU/Processor for Surface 2 is rumored to be:

- Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 MDP CPU for the smaller 7-8 inch version of Surface 2
- Intel's Haswell or AMD Temash chip for the larger Surface 2 Pro version
- Intel Haswell chip for the possible 14.6 Surface Book

The Memory for Surface 2 is rumored to be:
